About Susan
Susan Yeung is an artist with multi-talents. She studied painting at an early age, and her painting skills continue to progress and develop through the practice of Chinese art. Yeung studied arts & film in New York City and later obtained an EMBA at City University of Hong Kong.
Yeung’s work is of a contemporary character and highly influenced by impressionist paintings. Her work transforms the painting to a spiritual art through vibrant colors, which is a very crucial element in visual experience. Yeung has been actively involved in social and charitable events and is a woman of great social responsibility and vision.
楊素珊為生息藝術展的發起人兼總策劃。她寓藝術於環保，冀通過極致的色彩對比、極富張力的藝術手法喚醒現代人對於環境保護的意識，達至生態的環保以及心靈的環保。楊素珊自幼開始學習繪畫，在研究學習中國藝術的過程中，個人繪畫技巧得到了持續穩定的發展。她曾留學美國紐約學習美術及電影制作，其後取得香港城市大學行政人員工商管理碩士EMBA學位。
楊素珊的作品具有很強的當代性並深受印象派的影響。色彩明亮是楊素珊繪畫的最大特點，藉此作為視覺體驗重要元素的色彩轉換成一種與靈魂有關的藝術。這種轉變不僅能使觀察者意識到客體的寧靜，並能借此突顯出藝術家的個人情感，這也是藝術家完成自我發掘與省視的過程。
